Martini Bianco Vermouth leaves a sweet apple finish with a lingering of light cinnamon spice. Delicate and complex, it is adored for its herbal bitterness and light spice that balances its honeyed fruity sweetness. The Martini Bianco is commonly served as an aperitif before a meal.

First released during the 1910s, the Martini Bianco Vermouth is a medium dry vermouth. It learned the name ‘Bianchissimo’, or ‘the whitest’, inspired by the white flowers of the vanilla plant.

The white wine is filtered through charcoal, flavoured with natural herbs and vegetables mainly from the Alps. Subsequently, it is sweetened with beet sugar and fortified with spirit. Flavoured with white wine, alpine herbs and vanilla, it has a citrus and peachy-raspberry nose. Rich on the palate, it offers flavours of apples baked with ginger and cinnamon, herbal bitterness, a toney of honey, vanilla and zesty lemon. Its unique blend also gives the beverage its rich drink, thanks to the wonderful contrast between the bitterness of the spicing herbs and the sweetness of sugar.

Produced from a blend of strengthened, spiced and sweetened white wines, the Martini Bianco Vermouth leaves a sweet apple finish with a lingering of light cinnamon spice. Delicate and complex, it is adored for its herbal bitterness and light spice that balances its honeyed fruity sweetness. The Martini Bianco is commonly served as an aperitif before a meal.
